A very solidly built and rather heavy cargo bike, but motor is more than powerful enough to get this bike up to speed quickly. Makes light work of hills. Front and rear racks are brilliant for carrying all sorts of stuff.
I absolutely love this bike, so much so I bought 2, my wife loves it too. The bike has a decent amount of power, excellent build quality and very stable those 4 inch tyres. The support from Engwe I thought was very prompt when I needed help, so very happy with that aswell as I had read a few negative reviews.
I'm so happy with my new bike. It's a really comfortable ride, solidly built and is working beautifully.
The L20 is an excellent bike, yes it's heavy, but that's because it's solid. Following Covid19, I can no longer cycle normally. As I suffer from COPD, this bike has allowed me to regain my independence. I can go to the shops, the doctors, the beach. All without spending money on buses or taxis. Due to the build quality of the L20, my trust and confidence in it increases every time I use it. It's a very eye catching bike and gets a lot of attention from other cyclists. I recommend this bike 100%. I wish I'd bought it sooner.
